  • Range: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 Salary/year Provide individual, group, and family treatment consistent with treatment plan and identified therapeutic needs of clients(s), using up-to-date therapy methods/models Conduct initial evaluations of clients’ mental health problems and formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan, consistent with clinical standards Document all client services/contacts in client record Complete all necessary clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans and reviews, and evaluations/summaries in a timely manner following program procedures Complete necessary documentation required for managed care/Insurance authorizations and reauthorizations Participate in staff/clinical team meetings, supervision, and case reviews for administrative purposes and the development and implementation of client treatment Responsible to attend workshops, seminars, conferences, etc., for continued professional growth, to stay abreast of best practices, and/or to ensure relevant skills and knowledge for effective performance Refer child, adolescent and/or family for additional or alternative services, as indicated Advocate for clients, their rights and assist clients in ensuring their rights are protected and preserved Enter and maintain daily schedule into computer as required by departmental procedures Comply with Agency policies and procedures, including those regarding conduct, confidentiality, and record keeping Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field Experience treating children/adolescents with mental health issues and their families. Experience with evidence based /supported trauma therapy model a plus.
