Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to pediatric clients, implementing treatment plans developed by supervising board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). This role involves supporting skill development, collecting behavioral data, following safety plans, and collaborating with clinicians and caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation, with experience working with children or in related fields like aba or behavioral health being preferred. The role requires the ability to pass background checks and lift up to 50 pounds, with paid training provided toward registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
