Kids Club Compliance Coordinator

The kids club compliance coordinator ensures the gym adheres to all company, local, city, county, and state regulations concerning child care, assisting the regional kids club compliance manager in upholding safety and compliance standards. This role involves overseeing kids club program operations, supporting management with compliance insights, and ensuring all team members complete required training and certifications.

Candidates must have 3 years of experience in early childhood development, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in microsoft office, with a preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Required credentials include cpr and aed certification, and the ability to meet all necessary clearances for managing a day care program under the most stringent local regulations.
