Academic Advisor

The academic advisor will support and guide high school scholars through their academic journeys, ensuring they have the necessary resources to matriculate into colleges aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include building trusting relationships, tracking student data, managing a caseload of approximately 120 scholars, and delivering engaging content through workshops and one-On-One appointments.

Candidates must possess skills in analyzing student data to develop targeted interventions and have prior academic advising experience within a college-Access institution. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with students, caregivers, and teachers, along with comfort navigating learning management systems and grade portals.
