Residential Caseworker, Wareham, MA

The youth counselor must engage youth to develop positive, trauma-Informed relationships using a strength-Based approach while working with a team to provide direct supervision and advocacy. Responsibilities also include facilitating life skills instruction, assisting with treatment plan goals, performing medication administration upon certification, and coordinating therapeutic recreational activities.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, and must commit to required trainings like fa/Cpr/Aed, map, and cpi crisis intervention. Minimum education requires either a high school diploma/Ged with two years of human service experience, or an associate degree with college coursework and one year of experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
