Community Health Worker/Program Specialist I

The program specialist i conducts hiv/Sti/Hepatitis c testing, risk reduction counseling, and provides education on pre-Exposure prophylaxis, linking clients to relevant programs in both clinic and community settings. This role also involves extensive community outreach, assisting in event planning, distributing materials, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and preferably have at least one year of related experience, though relevant college coursework may substitute. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license with insurance and must successfully pass level i and level ii background checks.
