Core responsibilities
The floater is responsible for assisting and supporting school readiness and monitoring developmental outcomes by providing responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers. This role also involves assisting in creating a positive, high-Quality early learning environment aligned with head start and texas prek guidelines, potentially filling ratio needs in classrooms.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a child development associate credential (Age-Specific or all level) and preferably have two years of experience. Essential requirements include excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge of human behavior and early childhood education, computer proficiency, and the ability to pass required physical exams, tb tests, and background checks.
