What you'll do as our early intervention occupational therapist
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support children's developmental needs
- Provide therapy in areas such as sensory processing, feeding, fine motor skills, social-emotional development, and more
- Perform evaluations and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's strengths and goals
- Guide and support families, offering strategies they can use at home to continue progress
- Enjoy autonomy and variety in your caseload while making a meaningful difference every single day

- Competitive pay: $31.25 and $40 an hour

Apply if you meet these qualifications
- Current WA State license as an Occupational Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong understanding of child development and passion for helping children grow
- Ability to collaborate with families, physicians, and team members effectively
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
- Experience supervising COTAs is a plus
- Two or more years of pediatric or early intervention experience preferred
