Summer Youth Coach (Clermont)

The role involves helping high school students with developmental disabilities build vocational skills and workplace behaviors through the youth employment skills (Yes!) program. Responsibilities include implementing skill development strategies, accurately documenting assessments, and teaching workplace safety and wellness.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have two years of driving experience. Preferred qualifications include a 2- Or 4-Year degree in a related field and documented experience working with individuals with disabilities.
