ECW Training Specialist I

The training specialist is responsible for educating and supporting healthcare teams and clinical trial staff on the use of eclinical systems through various delivery methods like in-Person sessions and simulations. This role involves conducting needs assessments, ensuring compliance, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all training activities.

Candidates must have experience training clinic staff such as physicians and medical assistants, along with prior experience using eclinicalworks (Ecw) software in a medical setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel 80% within the greater houston area are also required.
