Child Development Specialist

The specialist will oversee children's daily progress according to their treatment plans, consistently following established methodologies and communicating with lead teachers and clinical staff. Key duties include producing accurate progress notes, following classroom schedules, adhering to safety procedures, and helping children express emotions appropriately.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a genuine love for children, patience, kindness, and compassion. A minimum of one year of experience in childcare, daycare, or teaching is preferred, and all new hires must complete required training, including cpr and first aid certification.
