Direct Support Professional Evenings

The direct support professional will be responsible for a group of up to 12 adolescents (Ages 8-21) in a boarding environment, maintaining accountability and promoting independence through teaching daily living activities. Key duties include facilitating activities, implementing appropriate instruction, managing behavioral incidences using pbis and token economy principles, and communicating pertinent information to supervisors and clinical staff.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and being at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license; preferred qualification is one year of human services experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Candidates with a bachelor's degree receive a higher base pay rate, and those with a master's degree receive an additional annual increase.
