Behavior Specialist-Alamogordo, NM

The behavior specialist will support classroom teachers and case managers by implementing academic and behavioral goals, working one-On-One or in small groups with students with special needs. Responsibilities also include providing behavior support, assisting with crisis intervention when necessary, and helping students develop independence.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and must be available monday through friday during typical school hours. Required attributes include enjoying working with children, being patient, dependable, compassionate, and possessing strong communication skills.
