Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will deliver individualized instruction based on student iep goals and support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings. They will implement evidence-Based strategies to foster growth and collect/Report data to monitor progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours and have at least three months of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance are also mandatory requirements.
