Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Richmond, TX

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in a clinic based on individualized treatment plans developed by board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). This role requires close communication with supervisors, accurate documentation, and supporting skill development across various areas.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification along with a high school diploma or ged and current cpr/Bls certification or the ability to obtain it quickly. Reliable transportation is also a mandatory requirement for this position.
