Core responsibilities
The psychologist will work as part of a multidisciplinary inpatient team across two adult acute wards and provide clinical supervision to pre-Qualified and junior psychologists. They will also support psychological formulation and intervention planning within the mdt and occasionally carry a small caseload of more complex patients.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have hcpc registration as a practitioner psychologist and experience working with adult mental health populations. Previous inpatient experience and experience supervising trainees are desirable but not mandatory.
