Staff education coordinator (Rn)

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, documenting, and evaluating all educational programs, including on-The-Job training for the nursing department. The rn ensures the assimilation of new employees and verifies that all necessary competencies and follow-Up actions are completed thoroughly and timely.

Candidates must possess a massachusetts registered nurse license and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, along with proven experience in a staff development role. Strong skills in analysis, problem-Solving, communication, presentation, organization, and familiarity with e-Learning platforms are essential.
