Cross Country Coach

The coach is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and retaining student-Athletes while providing skillful theoretical and practical sport-Specific instruction aligned with the college's mission. Key duties include teaching/Coaching/Ministering (51%), recruiting (25%), and administration (15%) to ensure student-Athlete success academically, socially, spiritually, and athletically.

A bachelor's degree or higher is required for this part-Time, exempt position, with past coaching and recruiting experience being preferred. The incumbent must possess the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with young adults.
