Clinician Licensed

This role is responsible for providing professional clinical services, including direct care, case management, and counseling, to youth and their families within a residential treatment setting. Clinicians collaborate with families and the community to ensure the long-Term safety and well-Being of the youth while managing their mental health needs.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field and hold an active new jersey license (Lcsw, lpc, psyd, phd) or be an lsw planning to achieve full licensure within three years under supervision. Essential requirements include experience with the adolescent population in behavioral/Mental health, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background clearances.
