Our Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of our mission, providing compassionate and individualized support.

The Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of DDI's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
