Training Facilitator

The training facilitator will develop and lead workshops for participants in the goodwill works soft skills academy focusing on areas like soft skills, job readiness, and financial literacy. This role also involves preparing daily lesson plans and collaborating with career coaches on career exploration opportunities for participants.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in education or facilitation, and previous work with individuals facing employment barriers is a plus. Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, be willing to maintain first aid certification, and be proficient in microsoft office and computer software.
