Direct Support Professional (Entry- Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various engaging activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and actively moving to stay engaged with the children throughout sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent movement on the floor. A commitment to obtaining paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent attendance are mandatory requirements.
