Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. Consistent attendance and commitment to teamwork are also required.
