Child Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include staying physically active during sessions, maintaining a safe therapy space, and collaborating with the team to help children develop skills through play and activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
