Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team to help children learn through various activities.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on the floor while maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
