Direct Support Professional(Entry-Level) Bachelor's Degree Required

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn through various engaging activities. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is also required.
