Youth Partner (Part-time)

The youth partner will provide mentorship and peer support to adopted youth, sharing personal experiences to build trust and advocating for their perspectives during treatment planning. Duties also include providing psychoeducation on topics like de-Escalation and assisting youth in understanding community support connections.

Candidates must have first-Hand experience as an adoptee and a strong desire to help other youth succeed, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must also possess a trauma-Informed perspective, maturity to mentor young people, and flexibility to meet scheduling requirements.
