Community Outreach Specialist II - Springdale

The specialist will develop and implement trainings for staff and the community regarding working with clients in school-Based settings, while also sharing ideas with the director of child services to enhance access to care and expand outreach efforts. This role also involves providing authorized behavioral health intervention services, including psycho-Educational and curriculum-Based skills training for families.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, along with a current arkansas non-Terminal license (Lac, lmsw). Required competencies include experience in case management, crisis management, skills building, and curriculum-Based social skills, alongside excellent organizational and communication abilities.
