Senior Living Float Nurse (RN)

The senior living float nurse provides training, coaching, and support to various staff members to ensure high-Quality resident care meeting company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves traveling between communities, acting as the healthcare coordinator, and occasionally supporting daily nursing operations.

Candidates must possess a current, good-Standing registered nursing license, with a preference for multi-State licensing, and at least one year of experience in assisted living or a related nursing field. Strong soft skills, including professionalism and empathy, along with proficiency in microsoft office and emr systems, are also required.
