Swim Instructor

The instructor will assist in retaining memberships by supporting swim team programs and activities to engage existing members and attract new ones. Essential functions include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude, organizing aquatic events, developing clinics, and ensuring all swim equipment is ready and in good condition.

Candidates must possess prior swim coaching experience and intricate knowledge of the four competitive strokes for teaching purposes, along with obtaining cpr certification within 30 days of hire. The role requires a motivated and energetic demeanor, the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, and the capacity to perform frequent physical activities like swimming, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
