Behavior Specialist

The behavior specialist develops and implements individualized behavior support plans, conducts functional behavioral assessments (Fbas), and prepares necessary reports. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement intervention strategies and provide direct skills training when appropriate.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in applied behavior analysis and working with medically/Behaviorally acute or dual diagnosis populations is preferred.
