Playcare staff

Playcare aides are responsible for engaging children in positive relationships and creative activities within a safe atmosphere at the ymca's drop-Off childcare facility. Staff must follow association policies, develop positive relationships with parents, and ensure participant safety through supervision and adherence to cleaning schedules.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-12 and possess knowledge of child development principles. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, able to pass a comprehensive background screening, and hold or obtain cpr and first aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
