IT Clinical Trainer

The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs for axia’s emr system (Eclinicalworks) and related technologies, including overseeing the learning management system (Lms) and developing instructional materials using tools like adobe captivate. This position also involves collaborating with cross-Functional teams, conducting needs analyses, providing pre- And post-Go-Live support, and generating data-Driven reports on training effectiveness.

Candidates should possess strong problem-Solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and be highly organized to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-Paced setting. Required technical experience includes proficiency in microsoft office suite, experience delivering training in multiple formats, and specific experience with the eclinicalworks emr system.
