Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

The clinical supervisor will lead functional assessments, develop data-Driven treatment plans, and provide essential mentorship and supervision to behavior technicians and program supervisors. Responsibilities also include delivering parent training, maintaining 30 billable hours weekly, and contributing to quality assurance and curriculum development.

Candidates must possess a completed master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with an active, unexpired board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Required qualifications also include experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs, comfort with technology, and clearance through background checks, immunization, and tb testing.
