Child Watch Attendant - Lampeter-Strasburg

The child watch attendant is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children while parents use the ymca facility, which includes assisting in the implementation of daily program activities and direct care.

Candidates must have a minimum of an 8th-Grade education and 500 documented hours of experience working with children, though a high school diploma is preferred. Mandatory requirements include obtaining various clearances (State police, child abuse, fbi fingerprinting) and current adult/Pediatric cpr, aed, and first aid certifications.
