Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for planning, preparing, and orchestrating a stimulating classroom environment while masterfully implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum for young children. They must also prioritize safety, communicate regularly with parents regarding progress, and collaborate with center staff to achieve engagement goals.

Candidates must meet state-Specific guidelines, be at least 18 years old, and possess extended experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership history, alongside a deep passion for early childhood education. Essential qualifications include meeting all state/Federal requirements and demonstrating proven judgment for risk identification and addressing children's daily needs.
