Virtual lntervention Specialist - SY 26-27

The intervention specialist will collaborate with teachers to interpret student abilities, implement intervention strategies, and modify general education curriculum as needed to support educational and behavioral goals, especially for students with individualized education programs. Key duties include conducting assessments, writing behavior plans, facilitating iep meetings, and integrating culturally responsive teaching practices into daily instruction.

Candidates must possess a current ohio intervention specialist license and demonstrate knowledge of state standards and common core standards. Required attributes include high proficiency in written and verbal communication, comfort with coaching environments, and the ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
