• This position is designed for soon-to-graduate nursing students.
• This program provides structured education, hands-on experience, and a strong community of support during your transition from classroom to clinical care.
• Candidates accepted into the residency must pass the NCLEX and obtain their Oregon RN license within 90 days of graduation before starting.
• Applicants who are selected may also choose to start working sooner as a Nurse Intern, which requires Oregon licensure appropriate for the role.
• This pathway allows you to gain experience, build skills, and smoothly step into your RN position once fully licensed.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Required: Must have completed or near completion of an accredited school of professional nursing program 20 Hours USD $45.86/Hr. USD $45.86/Hr. 01-6020 Nursing Graduates Flex Schedule
