Responsibilities
Administers prescribed medications and treatments. Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed. Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit. Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift. Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner. Job Requirements
Qualifications
Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university. Active Minnesota license in good standing. BLS Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome. Strong leadership skills. LTCFargo
