Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while actively reducing interfering behaviors using evidence-Based techniques.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
