Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

The technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Responsibilities also include supporting the bcba by training families on treatment plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic suitable for a fast-Paced environment. Essential qualifications include reliable personal transportation, the ability to perform physically demanding activities, and strong communication skills for interacting with children and parents.
