Program Specialist

The program specialist coordinates and delivers high-Quality, relevant programs and events for girl scouts aged 5–17, ensuring alignment with girl scout philosophy and funding requirements. This role involves hands-On program execution, operational coordination, material creation, and supporting candidates pursuing the highest girl scout awards.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree or two or more years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in microsoft office and demonstrated experience with canva. Essential abilities include effective communication with diverse audiences, strong facilitation skills, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines.
