The lower school religion teacher is responsible for creating a dynamic learning environment for students in grades 1-5, which includes curriculum planning, delivering high-Quality religious studies units, and evaluating student work. Faculty are also expected to contribute to the broader school community through collaboration, professional development, and attending required meetings and events.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of teaching religious studies and be familiar with the principles of catholic social teaching, requiring them to be a practicing catholic. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or postgraduate work in religious studies or theology, along with demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and integrating technology.
