Ability Camp Lead Counselor

Ability camp counselors are responsible for supervising and engaging campers in scheduled activities, providing necessary pull-Out support, and ensuring program activities are adapted to meet the needs of all participants. They must also provide instructional support for skill development and maintain a safe program area free of hazards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience working with children (1+ years) and the special needs community, which can be professional, volunteer, or familial. Experience in aquatics, fitness, or related activities, along with excellent communication skills, is also required.
