Shared Living Provider (SLP) - Independent Contractor

Shared living providers maintain a safe and healthy home environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. They provide support in daily routines, transportation, and access to community activities as outlined in the individual's individual support plan.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and the ability to pass background checks. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
