Achievement and Behavior Support Specialist at Oakside Prep Academy

The specialist will be responsible for developing individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students and collaborating with teachers and specialists to execute intervention strategies. Duties also include implementing the responsible thinking process to guide students toward proactive, college-Bound choices.

A high school diploma is required along with two years of experience working with children with behavior issues, or an associate degree is acceptable. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management, alongside strong leadership and school culture development skills.
