Summer Camp Discovery Counselor - Shrewsbury YMCA

Counselors supervise and engage with campers, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. They are responsible for implementing activities, ensuring safety, and building relationships with campers and their families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and preferably be pursuing a degree in a related field. One year of experience working with children is required, along with pediatric first aid/Cpr and aed certification.
