Barre Instructor

The instructor must develop positive relationships with participants by teaching entertaining and challenging classes, while educating them on correct form and alternative movements. They are also responsible for cleaning the studio, providing motivating music, and promoting life time programs, products, and services.

Candidates need a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of fitness instructor experience, along with a current cpr/Aed certification. A minimum of one recognized group exercise certification (Nasm, ace, afaa, or aea) is mandatory, alongside the physical ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
