The teacher is responsible for instructing students according to the prescribed curriculum, planning lessons to meet individual student needs, and employing diverse instructional methods to reach the whole child spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. Duties also include maintaining accurate records, ensuring classroom discipline, and reflecting the school's purpose to honor christ in all activities.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess or be willing to obtain an acsi temporary teacher certification. Essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to christian ministry, and demonstrating spiritual maturity through personal conduct and faith.
