Child Care Teacher

Teachers are responsible for creating hands-On activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children and maintaining open communication with parents regarding daily milestones. They must also ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to essential procedures and guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and meet specific education and experience requirements which vary based on degrees or certifications like a cda. All candidates must pass required state and company background checks and demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (Dap).
